The Yellow-rumped Warbler (Dendroica coronata) is a species of bird in the Parulidae family.

An extremely rare vagrant to Britain, this species is native to North America. A small bird, this species is grey-brown, with lots of dark streaks on the body. The head is brown, with lighter patches, and in males a yellow spot on the crown, though this is sometimes hidden. This species has yellow patches on it's flanks as well as it's rump, but the rump markings are obvious when this species flies.
