The Tree-mallow (Lavatera arborea) is a species of plant in the Malvaceae family.

This large plant can reach 3m in height, and has purple, 5-petaled flowers. The leaves can reach 20cm across. This species is found throughout Britain with the exception of Northern Scotland. This inhabits wastelands and cliffs, and is most frequent near the coast. This plant is shrub-like in appearance.
