The Softly's Shoulder-knot (Lithophane consocia) is a species of moth in the Noctuidae family.

This species is a rare vagrant to Britain, and has only been recorded in Britain on a number of occasions. This species is similar to other species of Shoulder-knot, but generally darker, but dissection of the genitilia may be needed for a confident record. This species flies in Autumn, before reappering in Spring.
