The Sea-kale (Crambe maritima) is a plant in the Brassicaceae family.

This large coastal plant forms large clumps on shingle beaches, cliffs and sand-dunes. The leaves are thick and succulent, so they do not lose so much water in their habitat, which often leads to them being covered in sea spray. The leaves are about 30cm in length, with wrinkled sides.
