The Scottish Beard-moss (Bryoerythrophyllum caledonicum) is a species of moss in the Pottiaceae family

This species is endemic to Scotland, and was only recognised in 1982. This species has it's largest population in the Breadalbane mountains, but also at Skye and Rum. This species grows on shist or basalt ledges.
