Rannoch Looper - D Shenton

The Rannoch Looper (Itame bruneata) is a species of moth in the Geometridae family. This species is classed as Nationally Scarce A in Britain, though does occur as an immigrant in the southern half of Britain. In Britain it is restricted to the Scottish forests. The wings of this species are orange-brown, with four darker crosslines. The males are active by day, and both sexes are active at night.
