The Peacock's Tail (Padina pavonia) is a species of seaweed found in Britain.

This species is named for it's leafy fronds which reach about 10cm in lenght, and are fan-shaped, similar to that of a peacock's tail. This species is usually found on rocks and stones down to 20m deep, but is sometimes found in rockpools.
