The Light Orange Underwing (Archiearis notha) is a species of moth in the Geometridae family.

This species is classed as Nationally Scarce B in Britain, and is restricted to woodlands in southern Britain. This species is very similar to the more common Orange Underwing (A. parthenias) but, as it's name suggests, it is lighter in colour. This species flies during the day, flying at the tree tops in Spring. The larvea feed on Aspen.
