The Icelandic Cyprine (Arctica islandica) is a mollusc found in Britain.

This species of bivalve is one of the longest living species of animal found in the world, living for several hundred years, in which it can reach a width of over 10cm. Similar to the Hard-shell Clam and Warty Venus, this species os almost oval, and is cream-white, often with black patches on it. Found throughout most of Britain's coast, where it is often common, though absent or rare from the south east.
