Euzophera pinguis is a species of moth in the Pyralidae family.

This species is local in Britain, inhabiting woodlands and gardens in the south of Britain. The larvea feed on ash, and if there are large enough numbers, they can kill the tree. This species is easy to identify as it has a distinctive zigzag pattern.
