Crab Spider ~ From the WWC Archives

The Crab Spiders (Thomisidae) are a family of spiders.

These spiders wait in flowers and other places waiting for prey to come near, and then they pounce. The first two pair of legs are longer than the back legs, and the spiders walk in a crab-like fashion. They have supurb camouflage, and can change their colour slightly.
