The Cow Parsley (Anthriscus sylvestris) is a species of plant in the Apiaceae family.

This species is widespread in Britain, inhabiting hedgerows, roadsides, and woodland borders. Reaching 150cm in height, this species has large green leaves, and each leaf is split into three, which are then serrated. The white flowers are in umbels, and each umbel can reach 6cm wide. The fruit are up to a cm in size. This species flowers from April till June.
