Caloptilia stigmatella is a species of moth in the Gracillariidae family.

This species is quite common in Britain, and can be easily identified, though there are some similar species. This species can be seen in Summer and Autumn.

The larvae mine the leaves of poplar and willow, forming a characteristic fold.
