The Black-spotted Chestnut (Conistra rubiginosa) is a species of moth in the Noctuidae family.

A very rare vagrant to Britain, this species has been recorded twice in Britain, both very close together in Kent. This species has recently spread very quickly across continental Europe, and it is a possibility that there is a small population in Kent. This species is similar to other Chestnuts, but is greyer, with distinctive bold black markings.
